Dangerous Slingshot?

No! This is my mockup/prototype for a monitor arm!
It doesn't work properly because I don't have the right materials here, but the mechanism is pretty close what it would be according to my concept.

If I would want to, I would be able to transform it into a very powerful slingshot, but unfortunately I have only 1 day left here at work. So I will not be able to build that.

I've been active all day and that really makes me feel better than normally. I cut my hands and got dirty, but I feel as if I actually achieved something today.

There is no such thing as failing in the design world.
