A hole in the ground in the corner of a construction site. It is a very important hole with various pipe terminations; some new and permanent, others redundant and some new but just temporary. Its a classic situation where you need the explanation of someone who was there when the pipes were going in.
If it all comes together correctly it will reduce the possibility of storm water flooding.
