Just popped out to say hello

The weather has turned rather autumnal and I felt cold for the first time in a while. I wasn't hopeful of seeing much to Blip as it was rather grey and dull. But how wrong could I be, within a few yards I'd spotted a hoverfly, a common lizard and a grasshopper. I was excited as it was the first time I'd seen a lizard this year and I thought it might have been a juvenile sand lizard, which have been the subject of lots of conservation efforts locally, but I think it is actually a common lizard - still great to see.
