With lots of time spent at work this last week, I made an early start this morning and headed to the horses after walking Sigyn.

First up a ride out on Red which I always find to be a good meditation. He is always more relaxed if my mind is not weighted down with anything, my head free and quiet.

Poo picking done and the other 2 horses tacked up ready by the time Mumpy arrived for a ride out. A brilliant ride along the shore was had.

Another walkies with Sigyn, a coffee and away to work for a 24 hour shift.

Looking forward to 3 nights in a row at home with Gorgeous after that.
