Archaeology dig in our Village

I recently noticed a pile of earth in a field by the road into town: today I stopped and had a chat with the young ladies working there They are from a company called "Past to Present Archaeology" and are working on some sites near the River Lark which have been highlighted by aerial photography and the use of a magnetometer. They think the site is of early Bronze Age times
