Night owl

OK, I think it's a Greenfinch but this is not a his is not a naturally tenable position for any bird ... at 9pm ... when it's night-time outside.

Of course our friend here was a somewhat reluctant visitor, our cat seems to be scaling up his hunting abilities - where did he find a bird at night!?!?  Released unscathed (I think) and hopefully escaped to live another day.
