Technical dinner shot

My sister-in-law today sent me a link to an article discussing the merits and bad points of food related photographs. It promotes a restaurant in Alicante where the chef was so fed up of bad photos being takenof his food for various blogs etc, that they now offer a course on how to photograph food properly. I tried a little bit tonight and realised how difficult it actually is! This was my best attempt at a moody shot of my steak stir fry.
