Yet more “progress”

Visited my mum and dad this morning and was shocked at the new view from their balcony. Last week it was a couple of holes of the Greg Norman branded golf club. It’s being redesigned to incorporate hundreds of villas at a redevelopment cost of $70 million. The resale will no-doubt be worth many multiples of that figure. Oh well at least they have lots to look at since they have lost their mobility/ independence in recent times.
