Pastry weakness

The 4th day of breakfast presentations and my will power was fading! After swearing I was going to have a "healthy week", the tiredness kicked in and after being presented with these amazing pastries, I could hardly say no!! They form a great image and colourful composition, even if they have gone straight to my hips!
