Well socialised

We finished our busiest run of sociallness (real word) in years with a lovely morning on the lake with our god-daughters, a privilege and joy to introduce them to a new fun thing, I played safety boat, but truth be told you can stand up pretty much anywhere in Derwent Water at the moment.
After we'd dried off we had a lovely outside lunch (despite the sullen grey skies) and a wander along the lake, before saying our goodbyes.
I've a feeling that they'll be back for more paddleboarding and Missy cuddles soon....
