Ignition cloud

This beautiful cloud appeared shortly after the firefighters performed a controlled burn in order to try and get control of a very large uncontrolled fire.
The sudden ignition of a large portion of land caused this cloud to form.


The theory is that if you can predict where the fire is going to go...and you burn up the fuel ahead of time...the fire will be more manageable to  get under control and eventually extinguished. 


Suggest trying the larger view for effect.
