The hover fly and the knapweed

As I felt a bit better today we’ve been for a walk to Uplyme and then into Lyme Regis.

The weather started grey but got better as we walked.

We met a man who was out for a walk with his dog but he needed some help on how to get back to his holiday home. We looked at the map and gave him some directions. I hope that he made it back safely.

We had a late lunch and bought some provisions for dinner.

We’ve walked back into the town for the last performance of the Lyme Regis Folk Festival. As all of the others have been amazing I wasn’t sure how this evening could be better. Well I was wrong. The group was called Merry Hell and there was lots of audience participation.

We’ve had a great time.
