Not a fun day

All humans ok. Car not so much. Driver reversed out of parking space directly into my Mum. No fault of hers. She is heartbroken as they say they wont repair as the car is old, even if it is in great condition. She wanted it to 'she her out'. So much stress, hassle and £ for no fault of hers.
