Cardiff Castle

We have walked a lot today! We walked across the barrage to Penarth and back. We stopped for a rest and a pint/tea and then went to look round the castle. We wandered back via the Tim Horton’s doughnut shop for some Timbits - a Canadian favourite ! We checked into our hotel and had a short rest before heading out for dinner at the Cosy Club. A lovely meal with great service. We’re staying down at the bay and there was some live music going on outside the main music hall. We’re all tired so will sleep well! Next stop St. David’s.
