Aubergine

Today's the day ........................ to be better late than never

It's not going to make it, is it?

Noticed that the one and only aubergine plant that we have, has produced this delicate purple flower.  It's a thing of beauty and lovely to see it - but I fear we're going to run out of time before it can turn into an actual aubergine that you could eat.

Ah well, we'll try and do better next year ..................!
