Spitfire!

Walking along the canal towpath this afternoon we heard a familiar noise…… a Spitfire engine!

We quickly drove to the nearby airport and saw it landing after a 20 minute flight. We waited nearby to see it taking off again on another flight.

Sunny now, after an overcast day.
