Golden Hour Derelicts

I like this shot a lot, not least because it's almost straight out of the camera with very little processing. I took this shot twice, once at the start of a walk around Sharpness Docks and one later; as the Sun dropped down and lit the scene just beautifully. The first shot just didn't make the cut.

I've shot these derelicts before and more than once. Sharpness has a whole slew of amazing industrial photography opportunities, as well as a really fantastic wilderness along which there are great walks. And, currently, blackberries, plums, sloes and apples just... available.
