After Church I have done very little today.  My poor joints suffered with all my walking yesterday and I may have overdone it as I'm in some pain with especially my leg...added to which another poor night's sleep.  Last night I had a cup of 'sleep' tea before bed (and I ended up getting up more than usual :( )

Its been so dull and grey for most of the day apart from the interlude of sunshine I've been reading mostly:)

Just about to have some roast salmon with roast veg :)
