Sunflowers, Stamford

Went to Rutland Water today for the first time in over a year. We saw an osprey which we've never seen in all the years we've visited before! We also saw 2 Marsh harriers, herons, great egrets and a glossy ibis. I needed help from other bird spotters as I had no idea what I was looking at!
We dropped in to Stamford on the way home for a coffee. Lovely day I must say.
