Rainbows

Robin currently enjoys wearing dresses, and wanted a long sleeved dress for the winter, but none of the ones in the shop were "rainbowy" enough.  So I offered to make him something.

R showed him some fabrics on a web site, and he chose the rainbow aliens.

The pattern I chose needs stretchy material for the bodice, and I've had this stripey material in my stash for years - I think I may have picked it up in a sale when the girls were young, but never got around to making anything.  

The resulting dress is rather OTT - but that's probably OK for Robin, whose choice of dresses is somewhat flamboyant - see extra.

It's now added to the box for Sweden - but I need to make something for Milo.
