Don't choose a book by its cover

This book flashed up at a bargain price as an advert on my email thingy. That looks good, I thought, so I went onto the website and ordered the book, somehow not realising that it was only about Electric Multiple Units: I mean we all love a Diesel Multiple Unit, don’t we? Never mind I thought, it will be interesting and full of pictutes of the ‘Blue Trains ‘ of my youth.  It isn’t. There are a few black and white photos, but it has pages and pages of nothing but numbers, and I don’t even know what they mean. To me, it seems like an entirely useless book. It’s a hefty tome though. It will do as a door stop.
