Our State Bird "The Chickadee"

This little curios bird is everywhere. They love to investigate things, even people.
The tree, is some kind of red berry or crab apple.

Today was another gray day, but the birds in this sheltered area did not mind.
There was a beautiful Wood Pecker, but he was much more careful than the other birds.

I also have a brilliant Red Cardinal with seed in it's beak. It was hard to choose which one to post. The Chickadee won out, as it is our State Bird.

No snow for days, and none in the forecast. Spring may actually have arrived.
