The joy of humble objects working well

Another visit to WGH for a blood transfusion. The waste container in the loo has been upgraded. The previous one was difficult to open with foot at the end of a wonky leg, only opened partially and closed with a bang. Pre covid, this was a minor irritation, could lift the lid by hand but with all the concerns about cross infection, the last thing I wanted to do. So appreciate the new waste paper bin.
As the new Haematology unit will open next month, I hope it will go there.
