Was still hot out, so sat in the car waiting for the horses to walk past me.  Didn't have to wait too long.

India administered more than 10 million Covid-19 vaccine doses yesterday, a national record
India has now administered about 628m vaccine doses in total, giving at least one dose to more than half of its 944m adults and the required two doses to 15 per cent.
India reported 44,658 new Covid-19 infections yesterday, taking the total to 32.6m, the most in the world after the US. The death toll rose by 496 to 436,861.
