Maranta Leuconeura

Hi there everyone. I am still tired from yesterday, so have decided not to do quite so much today.....at least not at the moment anyway! We are supposed to be getting more bark today, to finish off what I started, but not sure yet.  I will see how the day goes. Barry, as usual doesn't sleep at night.  He just can't!, even though he is on sleeping tablets. He is up all night on his computer, or listening to music, as if he goes to bed too early, he just tosses and turns. He normally gets into bed around 6am.I found him this morning asleep in the chair at 9.30am. I gave him his breakfast, after gently waking him He is now in bed sleeping. I don't suppose I will see him until around 4.30pm. This is what it has been like for months. I am usually on my own most of the day. I do miss the times when we used to go out for the day, but it is what it is. I feel very sorry for Barry that he can't do things as he used to.
This is one of my Maranta  plants. I have 2 of them. They seem to be doing really well.

PS; The good news is, that my son Dominic is feeling a lot better, and is going to work this evening, so my grandchildren Kyra & Lewis will be here. I will probably cook pork chops for dinner. They like them.
