A Kirkwall Washing Green

Spent the morning with the Victor Meldrew Filter turned up to 9 in a conversation with the hydro board; rebadged as SSE.  Although my Mum left her house ten weeks ago they are still taking money out of her account.  Despite having been told (in writing) she had left her flat and submitted a final reading.  She received a gas bill last week; there’s no gas in Orkney.  I think Mrs Warboys is moving in.  Or maybe just moving.
