Growing hole

I noticed this hole in the street a few days ago. It's gotten bigger since. The city street department (I assume that's what "CSD" on the cones stands for) set up cones then, but now there are more cones and part of the grass is blocked off between the sidewalk and street. I wonder how long it will go before the city actually patches it.
