A slice of me

I have noticed that one thing that brings me much joy is to play with bread dough. I love to work with the dough, watch it come to life with bubbles and height, smell the intense steam that comes from the oven while the baking is going, and ultimately bite into a perfectly crusty and tender slice of freshly baked bread. What a delightful journey!
