Hanging Around

With the weather heating up, I'm finding myself going to the Desert Meadows Park in the evening.  I forgot they had a Monarch butterfly area. There were a lot of them but they were playing hard to get and I was using a relatively short lens. Obviously, not what I expected to blip!

The new ophthalmologist sent me today to a retina specialist. She was taking the fact that I'm still experiencing flashers more seriously than the other doctor. Since I had a torn retina in my left eye, there's a chance it could happen in the other, too.

I did something really stupid this morning.  The doctor's appointment was for 8 am. I'm not much of a morning person. At all. I have medication I take in the morning (cholesterol, blood pressure, kidney) and then there's stuff I take at night.  I realized too late that I had taken my night sleep aids instead of my morning meds.  After arriving home from the doctor, I slept into the early afternoon. Good thing his office is only a mile away.
