Not laughing today

Apparently the black headed gull is also known as the laughing gull.
There were no laughs today. I found this lot knee deep in arctic water in Spillers wharf car park.
Those 2 at the back never flinched as the one in front did aerobatics. I think they may have been frozen. I'm sure if they didn't stand in a puddle they would be warmer.

Busy day ahead with Bee busyness. Ferrying a Danish bee expert man I have never met around Northumberland later. The day will end with food and it's going to include pudding!
