Guernsey North Show

Today was our local North Show. It’s the 100th anniversary. There is a lovely atmosphere at this show and a chance to meet folk not perhaps seen for years! No big fairground this year due to Covid but still lots for everyone to do! There are large floats as they are called made from thousands of paper flowers. Families and friends compete against each other for the main prize in various classes according to the float size. This spitfire was absolutely amazing. Large tents houses flowers, vegetables, children’s arts and crafts along with the same for adults. Rabbits, birds and various animals in another. All great fun to see!
