Pretty in Pink

Only a short walk today. I think my back is improving but I'm finding sleep difficult so I'm tired and a bit run down. I've got some meds from the doctor to help with the muscle spasms - they only happen with certain movements that I can avoid when I'm awake, but they wake me up when I'm sleeping.

Let's hope tonight is better.

In other news, the plumber turned up unexpectedly to check out a nasty smell and a leak. He said he can come back in a few weeks to have a thorough look at what's going on. Unfortunately, the leak is into the study where Neil is working from home, so it was an interruption he didn't need but at least things are moving if slowly.
