Emotional day

On Christmas Eve I recieved a call from a friend saying that his Dad, who had just arrived for the Xmas break, had collapsed in their house & could I come over (it being only across the road).
45 mins of CPR and several defibrillations ensued - thankfully the ambulance crew weren't too far behind me with all the equipment we needed......

3 months, a triple bypass and a few scars later and he arrived this morning bearing sweet treats (for me - not him; he's a reformed character you know) for a cuppa, a chat, plenty of laughs & the biggest hug ever.

Looking good Big G and still with the same dopey sense of humour!
