Hey guys hope all is well, I think you all know Dave and Dan by now, well the chap that's sat down is dans friend Connor, hes 17 and just been kicked out of his flat I dont know why as he always so sweet, such a waste :( so he stayed with us last night.

well another painful night resulting in phoning docs im now on 4 lots of pain relief got to go back in 2 weeks for a check up. The thing is the latest meds she gave me it says not to take them if your depressed or anxious :( or on anti-depressants well I have had 2 so we will see.

went to Peasholm park today but the light was rubbish and when we got back I thought I would snap the trio lol and I rather like it still not used to the camera though ahaha

off to walk Ash now the doctor wont be happy but its a must with my mental challenges.
