Bowls

My fiance's work had a social bowls night tonight. It was the first time I have ever played bowls, and I can actually say that I rather enjoyed it. I went in knowing that the bowls aren't spherical and that the objective is to get as close to the kitty as possible, but that was it. Managed to learn a thing or too about having too much or not enough grass in ones bowl and that the bowls actually ate weighted more to one side.
My game ended in a draw, but it was as I have already said, a great night of fun.
