Dappled sunlight in a wooded glen beside the sparkling infant Tyne Water.  The valley there is very wet and suitable for Alder trees, hence its name of Alderdean, and on the other side duckboards have been made to cross over the marsh before the climb up through woods towards Vogrie House.
