Workmen

I was sat in my craft room this morning when a couple of vans pulled up in front of the house. They unloaded some scaffolding and my first thought was that they were tree surgeons. But then they bought out a raft and proceeded to build the scaffolding on it. After nearly two hours they floated off down the canal to do a bridge inspection and an hour later it was all dismantled and off they went. Hard work just to inspect a bridge.
Cooked our blackberries which we picked last week and made an apple and blackberry crumble.
