Chicken of the Woods (Laetiporus sulphureus)

We noticed this on our lunchtime walk in a garden next to the park.  Reading about it apparently it can be used as an alternative to chicken .  It is often seen, as here, on oak trees.

Day 5 of treatment and they had me in early which was slightly more challenging to balance the water intake and body motions.  Still, they were happy with me and I was back home before my first works meeting on Teams at 9:30 am.

Still struggling with indigestion and nausea, which I'm putting down to the hormone treatment.  When you start to read the data sheets for the various tablets you take, it seems that almost anything can be a side effect!
