The things you see in people's yards...

This is in the yard of a house in my village.  When I first saw it I thought it might be one of those Little Free Libraries but it seems it is just the home of a stuffed owl!  The people cut the tree in their yard which had died but left the lower part of the trunk, hollowed it out and made...this!  The stove pipe is a nice touch.  I am always amazed at what some people put in their front yards!  I wish when I had the old maple tree cut in my front yard I'd done this.  I would have made a wee free library!
