Wool Knott

I ticked another Wainwright Outlying Fell off today with C here. She's looking to see if we could make out Coniston Old Man but it was in the mist.  It was hot and humid so we made our way down to Beacon Tarn for a swim. The only hill you can see is Beacon Fell which is only 255m high, a lot lower than the Old Man whose peak is in the cloud at 803m, no wonder we can't see it.
