Stuffed lamb shoulder, roasted veg, homemade houmous and feta stuffed olives on a bed of rocket.
Cold was a bit better today so couldn't justify a day off :-( but then work was ok. Good even. I don't get it. Oh well, hope tomorrow is the same!
