Pity it wasn't Silly Saturday...

We'd just cycled along to Cullercoats, and then joined a Nordic Walking group along the Longsands - 4k  or so speed walking on the beach in the sunshine. Sue has her poles slung over her shoulder like a bow - mine were blanket stitched to my crossbar! We decided we deserved an ice-cream on the cycle home...

Such a lovely sunny day - Roy had a walk on his own, and later we joined Sue & Richard for fizz and nibbles. Great to be able to meet indoors again, rather than on a windy bench with a takeaway coffee as we've had to do during lockdown ;)
