Goldenballs

Time to deal with the mirabelles I bought at the market on Saturday. I made them into four jars of jam, flavoured with vanilla and tilleul (linden or lime-flower in English I think). I also got started on two loaves of bread; to my surprise the starter that had been neglected in the fridge for three weeks happily sprang back to life with only a couple of feeds, and needed using.

Haven't been far apart from the pool for a glorious swim on my own. Pizza for dinner!
