Japanese Anemone

A frustrating morning.  A load of washing done and on the line - Tesco delivery arrived and put away.  KG asked me to put a buttonhole on one of his pair of trousers that had a popper that didn't work any more.  First off I couldn't fit the button in the foot.  Eventually asked KG and he did he straight away - I was trying to push instead of pull.  The the thread broke half way through the buttonhole - there was a mess of thread as I tried to unpick it.  In the end told him he could have a vertical buttonhole.  this worked. KG has rehashed our swing seat which had seen better days and we did have a little sit in the sunshine
