Dazzling Dahlia

Today we visited the Dahlia Show along the lake. The blooms were sublime and there were so many gorgeous colours. some were huge and easily measured 20 cm across. I resisted the temptation of doing a collage, but I may just go back again in a day or two and put a few of them together in a collage.

Dahlias are my favourite flowers at this time of the year.

Today is quite hot and windy, so it feels tiring to go out walking!  It was challenging to take photos of swaying flowers in the strong winds.
