El Camino

Early swim, lovely and quiet with only three of us in the lane. When I first looked at the clock, 25 mins had already past.

I walked the camino alone today, it's a gentle  there and back of just over 2 miles, a slow 50 mins.

The geese were honking as they took off in small practise groups, together with the beat of their wings they made quite a racket!

TV - Despite rave reviews both The White Lotus and Nine Perfect Strangers disappointed.  I have enjoyed The Chair with Sandra Oh, 6 X 30 min episodes of campus life, it is funny, it made me laugh and there was no threat or violence.
