Chicago Shore Sunrise

I thought about getting up early yesterday but blew it off.  Today I made myself get up and it was worth it.

The sun was a little finicky as it was in and out of of the clouds, but it was a gorgeous morning to be at the beach and see the hazy sunrise unfold.  

The main blip is when I was able to line up the sun behind the tower on the pier.  The extra is a shot where I zoomed in on the sun rising behind the cloud cover.  I got a lot of dramatic shots this morning.  Surprisingly there were quite a few people out for a 5:50am sunrise on a Monday!
