Banneton bread

I've bought a couple of banneton baskets which give artisan bread those distinctive lines when baked. They arrived in the post this morning and I used one to bake some yeasted white bread this evening.. I'm quite pleased with the results but I think the oven could have been a bit hotter, and I want to make the cut in the dough deeper next time. I have a sourdough loaf proving overnight in the other banneton which I'll bake tomorrow.
