Jar of Hearts

I am researching Jack the Ripper for my final photography project and have become really interested in the idea of him removing his victims organs. Because of this, I dressed someone up as Jack the Ripper and got them to hold the heart, as if it possessed them, despite those photos being beautiful, I decided to use the heart for more - since I had it, so placed it in a jar of water and photographed it. I think the photo is beautiful, and is definitely on of my favourite photos that I have taken in a long time.

It was taken on my phone and has not been edited.
