This evening mum had a hearing test that needed a relative in attendance, so I drove into Edinburgh. I knew I'd be there before the guy doing the testing, so I had a wander around the King's Buildings campus. The new student learning centre is looking like a building now. I hope that its lecture theatres end up being used, as I don't expect to give another "big class" lecture before I retire. I realise that the Paolozzi sculpture looks like the trunk of the tree, but that's composition sometimes!

Earlier, I'd reached out to friends at Google, and found a new outlet for our software. Being part of Google's tools means that people will use our software because they trust Google. As we all do, don't we?
